AFFIDAVIT
The patented claims Gold Carbonate and Golden Wonder and the
entire San Francisco Group of unpatented claims, described in Exhibit
A of this application, are owned by Supron Energy Corporation of
Dallas, Texas and the applicant herein, Lake City Mines, Inc. holds
a valid mining lease with option to purchase covering all of the afore-
mentioned claims and that lease-option is recorded in Book 109, Page
b7 of the Hinsdale County Land Records.
