Adequacy Review Response Comments for the Ordway Pit, Regular 112 <br />Application, Permit No. M-2006-054 <br />Dear Mr. Peterson, <br />Listed below aze responses to the Cazder Inc. adequacy review response comments on the above-captioned <br />Regular 112 application. The decision date for your application is scheduled for December 15, 2006. <br />Therefore, I would appreciate a response from you as soon as possible (Your response should include two <br />(2) copies). Any public comments that we receive on your application during the interim will be <br />forwarded to you. Please be advised that your application maybe deemed inadequate and maybe denied <br />on December I5, 2006 unless the following adequacy review items are addressed to the satisfaction of the <br />Division or an extension is filed prior to the submission date. <br />Permit Application Form <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.1 EXHIBIT A - Leal Description <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.2 EXHIBIT B -Index Ma <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.3 EXHIBIT C -Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Maas) of Affected Land <br />1. The map as submitted needs to be prepared at a scale that cleazly shows all elements that are <br />required to be delineated by the Rules (Rule 6.2.1(2)). The acceptable range of map scales shall <br />not be larger than 1 inch = 50 feet or smaller than 1 inch = 660 feet. The map provided is at a <br />scale smaller then 1 inch = 660 feet. Outline and label all major surface features to be used in <br />connection with the proposed operation. Items not already included or are difficult to discern <br />include proposed roads, topsoil stockpiles, overburden stockpiles, product stockpiles, processing <br />areas, stream channels, stormwater facilities, and proposed impoundments. Also, the map should <br />include the existing topography of the area with contour lines of sufficient detail to pornay the <br />direction and rate of slope of the affected land. There is not currently any differentiation between <br />the pemut boundary and the affected and mined areas. This may take more then one map to <br />accomplish. <br />2.
