PAR RESPONSE <br />• Lease No. 16515 (siding area). In a regular tract of land of the lessor <br />at Craig, Colorado, located easterly of the easterly line up State <br />Highway 13 (Ranney Street) and southerly of First Street as shown on red <br />on the attached map No. CR2578, containing 9.68 acres more or less, <br />altogether with part of lessor's ICC tract No. 17, and tracts 17B and <br />17C located thereon. The location of the Town Loadout facility is shown <br />on Figure 1, Town Loadout Facility Location. <br />RECLAMATION PLAN <br />The major steps to be initiated as part of the reclamation plan for the <br />Town Loadout facility include: <br />• Removal of structures and facilities <br />• Removal of coal waste material <br />• Backfilling and grading <br />• Redistribution of topsoil <br />. • Revegetation to appropriate land use <br />• Protection of hydrologic balance <br />Removal of Structures and Facilities <br />During reclamation, all coal Loadout structures and facilities will be <br />removed from the site. The truck loading ramps will be smoothed over <br />the area and bladed to ensure no mounds or embankments remain. All <br />trash, scrap metal, and any other structural debris will be removed from <br />the site. The post-mining land use will remain as an industrial site. <br /> <br />-2R- <br />
