A parcel of land in the SEfr, <br />Section 1, Township 6 North, Range 91 West of the 6th P.M., Craig, <br />Moffat County, Colorado; more specifically described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point on the west boundary of the ROW of the City of <br />Craig water pipeline easement extended up Yampa Street, which bears <br />south 89° 34' 36" west a distance of 998 feet from the E} corner of <br />Section 1; thence south of 89° 25' 24" west a distance of 660 feet; <br />thence south 0° 25' 24" east a distance of 660 feet; thence north 89° <br />34' 36" east a distance of plus or minus 660 feet; thence in a northerly <br />direction a distance of 660 feet along the City of Craig water line <br />. easement to the point of beginning, containing 10 acres more or less. <br />-1- <br />
