<br />• 1/80 <br />Before approving an application for mineral and natural <br />resource extraction operation, the Planning Commission and <br />the Board of County Commissioners must find the following: <br />\ a. The application conforms to the requirements of the <br />zoning regulations. <br />b. The application demonstrates that a mineral deposit <br />exists on the property. <br />c. Neighboring land uses are compatible with the general <br />type of mining operation contemplated. <br />d. There will be adequate access to public roads suitable <br />to handle anticipated traffic attributable to the <br />proposed mining operation. <br />e. The application shall include: <br />(1) copy of all materials submitted to Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board including reclamation plan <br />and copies of collateral; <br />(2) operational plan; <br />(3) access and hauling plan; <br />(4) the Board of County Commissioners may require <br />construction of roads and other public improvements <br />as a condition of approval. <br />A. All products offered for sale shall be raised, grown or made on the <br />premises. <br />9. This use shall be exempt from special approval if no permanent buildings <br />are to be erected and if such use is not to remain in excess of <br />fourteen (14) days. <br />10. All repairing or dismantling of automobiles and other vehicles and <br />storing of parts and accessories shall be conducted within an entirely <br />enclosed building. <br />I1. There shall not be more than six (6) children who are not related <br />to the owner, operator, manager, or head of such facility or home. <br />12. There shall not be more than four (4) children (six if for less than <br />twenty-four hour per day care) who are not related to the owner, <br />operator, manager, or head of such facility. <br />13. This use shall include those types of facilities that do not qualify <br />as a permitted principal use in this zone. In the A-1, A-6, R-T, <br />R, R-1, R-2, R-3, and a maximum of twelve (12) children shall be permitted. <br />14. All junkyards shall have the area used for said purposes completely <br />surrounded by a solid incombustible fence not less than six (b) <br />feet in height with solid gates for entry. <br />145 <br />
