•, • • <br />' MONTGOMERY LITTLE YOUNG CAMPBELL & McGREW <br />~ PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION <br />August 23, 1983 <br />Page Three <br />The applicant suggests the discontinuance of a roadway, <br />the exact location of which is not precisely described or _ <br />determinable. we presume that this roadway is entirely '` <br />within the confines of the applicant's properties, but more <br />and greater detailed description should be given. <br />Moreover, with respect to the roadway, any change in <br />the existing roadways, even within one's own boundaries, can <br />have lasting and often deleterious affects on the drainage, <br />water shed and ecological aspects of mountainous property. <br />It is respectfully suggested that additional disclosure need <br />be made with respect to the applicant's plans for the <br />roadway and definite assurances be given and provided that <br />the direct and indirect consequences of the roadway will not <br />affect neighboring landowners and users or the public in <br />general. <br />It would appear that a great deal more information <br />should be provided by the applicant with respect to these <br />and other concerns which the Board normally has before the <br />Board acts upon the requested permit. The undersigned and <br />those represented will cooperate with the Board or the <br />applicant in any fashion in which they can and will supply <br />whatever additional information or assistance the Board may <br />deem appropriate. <br />R ectfull s m' ted, <br />David C.
