•, • •
' MONTGOMERY LITTLE YOUNG CAMPBELL & McGREW
~ PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION
August 23, 1983
Page Three
The applicant suggests the discontinuance of a roadway,
the exact location of which is not precisely described or _
determinable. we presume that this roadway is entirely '`
within the confines of the applicant's properties, but more
and greater detailed description should be given.
Moreover, with respect to the roadway, any change in
the existing roadways, even within one's own boundaries, can
have lasting and often deleterious affects on the drainage,
water shed and ecological aspects of mountainous property.
It is respectfully suggested that additional disclosure need
be made with respect to the applicant's plans for the
roadway and definite assurances be given and provided that
the direct and indirect consequences of the roadway will not
affect neighboring landowners and users or the public in
general.
It would appear that a great deal more information
should be provided by the applicant with respect to these
and other concerns which the Board normally has before the
Board acts upon the requested permit. The undersigned and
those represented will cooperate with the Board or the
applicant in any fashion in which they can and will supply
whatever additional information or assistance the Board may
deem appropriate.
R ectfull s m' ted,
David C.
