3. Records and Audits <br />The results of all visual inspections will be <br />documented in the twice monthly Radiation Pro- <br />tection Inspection Report, including the effective- <br />ness of any cleanup actions taken as a result. The <br />results of all nonproduction area and equipment re- <br />lease alpha surveys will be documented on a form <br />silimar to that shown in Appendix - A. All docu- <br />mented surveys will be maintained on file by the <br />Radiation Protection Department. Summaries of <br />survey data, and corrective actions taken or re- <br />commended, will be incorporated into the Radiation <br />Protection Status Report. <br />29 <br />
