2.2 Reinforcement Training <br />All facility personnel will receive annual re- <br />inforcement training in radiation safety. <br />Topics covered will include selections from <br />those given in the orientation training, with <br />emphasis on job related radiation safety pro- <br />grams. Other needed areas of instruction may <br />be determined from the Radiation Protection <br />Inspection Reports.. <br />3. Records and Audits <br />The results of all training (attendance and examina- <br />tion results) will be documented on individual train- <br />ing records, and maintained in each.individual's <br />exposure history file. <br />9 <br />
