Audit findings <br />and any recommended corrective actions <br />will be documented in a report to corp- <br />orate management. <br />2.2.4 Technical Review <br />An annual review of the Radiation Pro- <br />tection Program will be performed by <br />technically qualified individuals not <br />directly responsible for the program in <br />the day to day operations of the plant <br />(i.e., corporate specialists, consultants, <br />etc.). This audit will address the com- <br />pliance, efficiency and quality aspects of <br />the program. Audit findings along with <br />any recommended corrective actions, will <br />be documented in a report to mine and <br />corporate management. <br />2.3 Reporting of Overexposures and Excessive Levels <br />The Radiation Protection Officer will notify <br />* the Mine Manager of any situation that causes <br />or threatens to cause personnel overexposures <br />or excessive concentrations of radioactive <br />materials in the environment. This notification <br />will include sufficient information, and be made <br />in sufficient time to permit reporting as re- <br />quired by Subparts R.H. 4.23 and R.H. 4.24 of the <br />State of Colorado Rules and Regulations Pertaining <br />• <br />to Radiation Control. <br />3. Records __ <br />All documented inspection and audit findings will be <br />~ maintained on file by the Radiation Protection Depart- <br />ment. Any corrective actions taken in response to <br />these reports will be documented and retained with <br />that particular report. <br />7 <br />
