Delta Paving shall be entitled to enter and remain upon the Frazier Property <br />for a period not exceeding one year from the date of expiration or termination of this lease for the <br />purpose of removing any mined material stockpiled on the Frazier Property. <br />ii. bVith respect to stockpiled material which was mined from the Frazier <br />Property, royalties shall be paid to Lessor, in accordance with the provisions of this Lase, on all such <br />stockpiled material removed From the Frazier Property during this one-year period (even if such <br />material is moved to the Delta Pavin, Property). <br />iii. No production royalty or other compensation shall be due or paid to Lessor <br />on any stockpiled material which was mined fiom the Delta Paving Property and which is removed <br />from the Frazier Property during this one-year period. <br />iv. Anv stockpiled material (whether mined from the Delta Paving Property or <br />Frazier Property) remaining on the Frazier Property at the expiration of this one-year period shall <br />become the property of Lessor, and no royalty shall be payable by Delta Paving on any of this <br />remaining stockpiled material. <br />B. With respect to materials stockpiled on the Delta Paving Property on the date of <br />expiration or termination of this lease: <br />i. All materials mined from the Delta Paving Property and contained in <br />stockpiles on the Delta Paving Property shall be the property of Delta Paving, and no production <br />royalty or other compensation shall be due or paid to Lessor on any such stockpiled material. <br />ii.
