of Frazier Property materials placed in the stockpiles. Lessor shall be entitled to review such records
during Delta Paving's normal business hours.
14. Delta Paving shall, at the expiration of the lease term or upon other termination of
this lease, surrender the Frazier Property to Lessor; provided, however, that Delta Paving shall be
entitled to enter and remain upon the Frazier Property after expiration or termination of this lease
for the following limited purposes:
I A. Delta Paving shall be entitled to enter and remain upon the Frazier Property for a
I period not exceeding two years from the date of expiration or termination of this lease for the
purpose of completing the reclamation of the Frazier Property in accordance with the terms of the
I permit issued by the DMG. Such reclamation shall be completed at Delta Paving's sole expense.
I B. Delta Paving shall be entitled to enter and remain upon the Frazier Property for a
period not exceeding one year from the date of expiration or termination of this lease for the purpose
I removing its property and equipment used in its operations on the Frazier Property, and for the
I purpose of removing materials in stockpiles on the Frazier Property as more fully set forth in
I Paragraph l~, below.
l ~. Upon expiration or termination of this lease, mined materials in stockpiles shall be
I disposed of as follows:
I A. With respect to materials stockpiled on the Frazier Property on the date of expiration
or termination of this ]ease:
