<br />ERHIBIT G - Water Information <br />The Raftopoulos Pit No. 1 is located on a mesa 100 feet <br />above the Little Snake River flood plain. There are no known <br />springs or wells on, or near, the affected area. No water was <br />intercepted during prospecting of this site. <br />This project will not divert run-off water, or affect the <br />"Waters of the United States." In the event that ground water <br />is intercepted, or if local water collects in a substantial way, <br />the property owners will file on the consumptive use of that <br />water.
