The land requires <br /> a larger than normal duty of water due to the unusually coarse <br /> texture of the soil. <br /> c. The total water supply to the 86 1/2 acre parcel <br /> consists of both precipitation and irrigation water delivered <br /> to the southwest corner of the tract.
