or stockpile Waste or Recycle Material obtained from third <br />parties unrelated to an asphalt or concrete job performed by the <br />Lessee or sublessee or to deposit Waste or Recycle Material <br />generated independently of any paving or concrete pouring job by <br />Lessee or its sublessee. <br />~~~ <br />2. Recording. Neither party shall record this Amendment, and each party <br />hereto agrees that this Amendment is within the scope and subject to the present <br />recorded memorandum. <br />3. Continuing Effect.
