Except as expressly stated otherwise herein, the operation <br />shall comply with the requirements of Section 13. D. 5. of the <br />Jefferson County Zoning Resolution. S. c. ), including but not limited to inspections, annual <br />reports, annual review and other hearings and suspensions, is <br />required. Documents and information as required by the County <br />Geologist and/or the County Planning Engineer shall be sub- <br />mitted by the applicant for the site plan review hearing. <br />I0. During the period of this mining operation, the operator <br />shall at all times have a staff person available who can meet <br />with citizens and county officials concerning problems and <br />deal with these issues on behalf of the operator. <br />11. No mining or mining-related activities shall take place <br />between 6:00 p. m, and 6:00 a. m. nor on Sundays. <br />12.
