The responses below address each of your concerns in the <br />order they were presented in your letter of May 24, 2001. <br />6.4.3 EXHIBIT C -Pre-mining and Mining_Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands <br />1. The Applicant has obtained Structure Agreements with the following structure <br />owners: „ <br />• HS Gathering ~~ <br />• Weld County Pu lic Works WfJQ13v''~"`f <br />• Little Thompson Water Districtdv~u~~>`~`"'~~ <br />• Poudre Valley Rural Electric <br />Copies of the signed Structure Agreements have been attached for your <br />records. The Applicant is still actively pursuing Structure Agreements with <br />Duke Energy, Public Service of Colorado and Sinclair Pipeline. The oil well <br />structure owned by Machi-Ross Petroleum Company has been abandoned <br />and plugged. <br />The Applicant would like to reiterate that they are prepared to maintain a <br />mining setback of 200' from the remaining structures until such time as <br />agreements with those owners can be reached or a stability analysis is <br />prepared and submitted to the DMG for review. <br />
