Efflurnt Limitations <br />Beginning no later than the effective date ofthis permit, and lasting though Match 31, 2007, the permittee is authorized to discharge <br />from outfalls 007, 008, 009 and 012, the mine water or surface waterrunoff, before entering Catatnity or 1ltttle Draw.
