The issue of surrounding land <br />being residential is a county issue addressed in the Delta County Specific Development process. <br />State law requires the applicant to show all permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the <br />affected lands boundazy. The maps supplied with the application do this and aze not intended to <br />be misleading. Residential density within % mile of the property is less than 1 residence per 10 <br />acres, and this is a county issue.
