Bonds. <br />A bond may be required by the Deputy Commissioner of Mines for <br />performance of the stabilization and reclamation work required. <br />a. The bond must be payable to the State of Colorado. <br />b. The bond shall be in such amount as the Deputy Commissioner of <br />Plines deems necessary to insure performance of the stabilization <br />and reclamation work required. <br />c.
