ABSTRACT
The Office of Surface Mining reouires a determination of
the likelihood of the presence of sensitive site types in a
one-mile buffer zone around a surface mine. This determination,
prepared by ~destern Cultural Resource Management, Inc., found
that sensitive site types do occur in the buffer zone of
the Seneca II mine of Seneca Coals, Ltd., Routt County,
Colorado.
