No overburden materials will be replaced into the pit as <br />part of reclamation. Only the topsoil that was disturbed <br />and stockpiled in the permit area will be used for <br />reclamation. The area will be seeded back with a native <br />grass. <br />2. The gradient of the reclaimed slopes will be 3:1. <br />3. The reclamation plan will be followed. <br />4. After further review by Verlin Hopkins of the Baca <br />County Soil Conservation District, a diversion dike will not <br />be needed. <br />Exhibit E - Mine Plan/Reclamation Plan Mao <br />1. New maps are attached (Exhibits E1 and E2). They show <br />the features associated with the mining and reclamation <br />plans. <br />2. Exhibit-E1 is a map of the whole Section 25, Township <br />28, Range 47 and the scale is each square represents 100 <br />feet. Exhibit-E2 is a map of the northwest quarter of <br />Section 25, Township 28, Range 47 and the scale is each <br />square represents 50 feet. <br />3. The permit area boundary lines are not the same as the <br />property lines. The permit area dimensions are 759 feet <br />east and west and 481.8 feet north and south. This is a <br />total of 9.18 acres which includes 8.395 acres for actual <br />mining area and .785 acres for roadway to access mining <br />area. <br />4. All of the permit area will be mined. We have <br />designated where the mining will begin. We will mine out <br />from this point until the boundaries are reached. <br />5. Zora Gunkel owns all the land and substance to be mined <br />within 200 feet of the permit area. <br />6. The pit boundary, topsoil stockpiles are clearly <br />outlined and labeled on the attached Exhibit-E2 map. There <br />
