The objections are from adjacent land owners. <br />A Pre-Hearing Conference Officer needs to be appointed by the Mined Land Reclamation Boazd. <br />The first day for the Pre-Heazing Conference is November 6, 1998 and the last day is November <br />] 0, 1998.
