<br />initial installation. The Grantor(s) reserve(s) the right to cultivate, use and occupy said
<br />premises for any- purpose consistent with the right and privileges above granted and which
<br />x will not interfere with or endanger any of the said Company's fscilities therein or use
<br />thereof. Such reservatio^ Uy the Grantor(s) shall inno event include the right to construct
<br />any buildings or structures, to impound any water,or to plant any trees or shrubs upon the
<br />right of way herein g: anted. The Grantee, at all tines, shall have the right of ingress by
<br />a reasonable ro its to said right of way and along and upon the same for the purposes
<br />hereof, which shall include surveying, inspection and testing•Grantee shall pay Grantor(s)
<br />for actual damages to land and growing croon occasioned by any future installations,
<br />cons ruction, maintenance, alteration, repairing, reolacing, reconstruction, and removal
<br />of any said pipelines.

<br />successors and assigns, so long as the same shall be used or useful for the purposes of
