All improvements thereon and all fixtures of a permanent nature currently on <br />[he premises. <br />2. Tellier and <br />Caroline Jean Tellier which is executed contemporaneously by Grantor <br />SUBJECT TO <br />I Reservations and limitations of the underlying patent. <br />2. Reservations, mineral or otherwise contained in any underlying deed or <br />deeds constituting the record chain of title from patentee to grantor. <br />3.
