Long <br />Division Director <br />Listed below aze adequacy review comments for the Piceance Pit New 110 Permit Application, File No. <br />M-2001-077. The Division of Minerals and Geology ("Division") is required to make an approval or <br />denial decision no later than August 29, 2001, therefore, your response to the following adequacy review <br />concerns should be submitted to the Division as soon as possible. <br />1. As required by Rule 1.6.5 (2), please submit the proof of publication of the public notice circulated <br />in the local newspaper. <br />Rule 6.3.4 Exhibit D -Reclamation Plan <br />2. Exhibit D is defined as the Reclamation Plan. The Reclamation Plan is to include and estimate of <br />the actual costs to reclaim the land. The permit application includes an estimate of $57,714. The <br />estimate calculated by the Division is $76,987. Please see attached estimate. <br />Rule 6.3.5 Exhibit E-Map <br />3. Exhibit E-2 is defined as the Mining Plan Map. The Mining Plan Map is to indicate the direction <br />that construction material extraction will proceed. Please indicate on the Mining Plan Map which <br />direction the construction materials will be extracted from the pit. <br />Rule 6.3.6 Exhibit F- List of Other Permits and Licenses Required <br />• <br />OF COLORADO <br />4. Exhibit F is defined as the List of Other Permits and Licenses Required. The mining plan indicates <br />that water will be dischazged into the existing wetland. This activity may require a NPDES perailt. <br />
