000 <br /> GRAVEL LEASE <br /> This Lease is made and entered into this 4P� day of JW1 1998, by and <br /> between HAZEL L. GALL hereinafter referred to as "Lessor" and MIKELL L. <br /> KOELLNER dba L & L READY MIX hereinafter referred to as "Lessee." <br /> 1. Lessor, in the consideration of the rents, covenants and agreements of <br /> Lessee, hereinafter set forth, and in consideration of each and every act to be done by <br /> the parties hereto, does by these presents let, lease, and rent to the Lessee for a term <br /> of five (5) years from the last date on which this Agreement is acknowledged, unless <br /> terminated as herein provided, such gravel, road gravel pits and mud rock as are now <br /> or hereafter may be located and developed upon the following described real property: <br /> Section 14, Township 7 North, Range 46 West of the 6th P.M. <br /> except the SW 114 of Section 14. <br /> 2. This Lease shall automatically renew for an additional term of one year <br /> and shall continue to renew for an additional term of one year, unless either Lessor or <br /> Lessee notifies the other, in writing, within 60 days of the end of a term, that said Lease <br /> shall be terminated and not renewed. <br /> 3. Lessee shall have the full and exclusive right and authority to go upon <br /> said premises with his employees, trucks and machinery and such other equipment as <br /> may be necessary therefore, for the purpose of taking and removing from said land, <br /> such gravel, road gravel and mud rock as he may desire.
