EXHIBIT H - WILDLIFE INFORMATION <br /> I contacted our officer from Phillips County, Jack Wieland and he referred me to <br /> Mr. Shane Briggs from the Brush office. I contacted Mr. Shane Briggs by phone on <br /> July 1, 1998 and the form he had concerning information relating to the mining and <br /> reclamation impact only asked for the legal description and items not related to wildlife <br /> resources. He stated he had not been assigned to this specific assignment to take <br /> care of reporting on wildlife for mining permits very long and would check into it and <br /> get back to me. To our knowledge there is no endangered species of wildlife in this <br /> area. <br /> The use for this ground is pasture land for cattle. Since the vegetation in the <br /> creek bed is absent or very sparse, the loss of grazing land should be minimimal. <br /> There is grass growing on the bank areas to be mined and this will reduce the amount <br /> of grazing land available somewhat until vegetation from reclamation is established. <br /> We don't see a loss of habitat or interference with migratory routes. The general effect <br /> on wildlife from increased human activity or noise will be insignificant in our opinion. <br /> EXHIBIT H WILDLIFE INFORMATION <br /> 26 <br />
