EXHIBIT G -- WATER INFORMATION
This operation is not expected to directly affect surface or ground water
systems. I have attached information from our water district stating the depth of the
water table.
During our mining operation we extract clean gravel down to the area where clay
starts to show up in the gravel. The only water we encounter is when the rain runoff
settles in the holes and we have to wait for it to go into the ground or evaporate. We
are not using any water to process our material, as we dry screen it at the pit.
We have contacted the Water Quality Control Division at the Colorado
Department of Health and they have sent us an application for a permit, which will be
sent in immediately.
EXHIBIT G WATER INFORMATION
19
