Dean pit: <br />a) The waste stockpile is dirt and will be used for topsoil replacement. <br />b) The total acreage is 5.3 acres and the map may require modification <br />as you stated in our phone conversation of October 24th. <br />8. Clodfelter pit <br />Topsoil stockpiles will be on the far east side of the permit area near <br />county road GG. <br />Exhibit D <br />1. Care will be taken to protect the permit area from grazing until the <br />vegetation is established on all seven permit areas. <br />2. Soil survey explanations were mailed under earlier cover. <br />F.xhihit F. <br />1. and 2. As stated earlier, we will follow your suggestions for reclaiming <br />slopes. <br />3.TOpsoil replacement depths will be as follows: <br />Adams pit There is good topsoil in the pit according to the SCS so the <br />dirt stockpiled on site will be used at a depth of 6". <br />Etchart pit: Topsoil will be hauled in from nearby barrow-pits and spread <br />evenly at a depth of 8". <br />Dean pit: Good topsoil will be stockpiled and other brought in and <br />spread at a depth of 8". <br />Bent County pit: (Same as Dean pit) <br />Clodfelter pit: The topsoil is sandy and will be stockpiled and spread <br />6" thick. <br />Smartt pit: Topsoil will be layed at a depth of 8" after being stockpiled <br />hauled in from barrow-pits. <br />Corps of Engineers pit: Topsoil will be stockpiled and replaced at a depth of <br />8". <br />4. Domestic grazing will be discontinued and brush piles erected. <br />5.
