<br /> <br />1. The Pre-Hearing Conference Officer shall present the Order to <br />the Board for adoption. <br />2. The Board will hear any objections to the Pre-hearing Order <br />and may make amendments to the Order. <br />3. The Board will Consider and Adopt or reject the Pre-hearing <br />Order. <br />4. Division's Introduction and Overview; <br />The Division shall have 5 minutes in which to present an <br />introductory overview of the application. <br />S. Applicant's Presentation: <br />Johnson Excavation, Inc. (applicant) shall have 30 minutes to <br />make a presentation to the Board <br />6. Division's Presentation and Recommendation: <br />The Division shall have 15 minutes in which to present its <br />recommendation to the Board. <br />7. Objectors' Presentations: <br />Each objector will have 10 minutes in which to make a <br />presentation to the Hoard. <br />8. Public Comment Period: <br />Members of the public, not parties to this action, shall have <br />an opportunity to address the Hoard. Members of the public <br />shall have 3 minutes each (if necessary) in which to make <br />presentations. <br />9. Rebuttal Statements: <br />Johnson Excavation, inc. (applicant) shall have 15 minutes to <br />make rebuttal statements. <br />Each objecting Party shall have 5 minutes to make rebuttal <br />statements. <br />Diane E.
