The device is a 25.5-inch high, 9-inch diameter <br />tin can. Water depths are measured daily at approximately 6 A.M., thereby sup- <br />plying a continuous daily precipitation recording instrument at the Train Loadout <br />Area. The information is given to a CWI Engineer for storage until needed. <br />~, <br />\• <br />
