"Fur the rccol'd, we arc stating that uu Evans Yil N"L, we are not <br />mining within two hundred (200) feet of the power lines." <br />The power lines, as shown on the Mining Plan Map, are over 200 feet to the East of the <br />affected boundary, and on the east side of Nyberg Road, until the power lines cross over our <br />permit boundary, then they cross the no-mining buffer zone, never getting within the 200 <br />ft limit of the affected boundary. <br />I hope this letter will address the DMG's concerns for adequacies of our Evans Pit #2 <br />application.
