Each of these corporations is a separate legal entity with perr[[ils, contrac[s, employees etc, in its own name and which pays taxes under its own tax identification ntunber. The following are some of the names that have referred to the Westem Mobile companies in the past: Broderick and Gibbons, Inc. Mineral Reserves, Inc. Mobile Premix, Inc. Mobile Premix Concrete, Inc. Westem Mobile Boulder, Inc. Westem Mobile Denver Westem Mobile Northern, Inc. Westem Mobile Southern, Inc. Westem Paving Construction Company Lafarge Corporation finalized the acquisition of Western Mobile and its subsidiarica, e17ec:live June 4, 1998. We hnvc begun t~ uac llic Lafarge name via our phone messages, letterhead, signs, correspondence, and on our company trucks and equipment. Lafarge has not determine how the corporate structure will be changed. They may merge some of the corporations together and/or merge one or more of them into Lafazge Corporation. In this interim period before the corporate organizational structure is determined, each of the Western Mobile corporations has been advised by the Lafazge Legal Department to represent itself in the following wa[urcr: In Colorado, for purposes of business identity The Westem Mobile corporations should continue using their existing federal tax identification numbers and should be identified as Westem Mobile (Northern Inc, Southern Inc, etc), a subsidiary of Lafazge Corporation. The Westem Mobile corporations will be using the "Lafarge" trade name, but not the "Lafarge Corporation" legal entity identification. 2. For purposes of identifying corporate ownership If a permit or a contract requires that the regulatory authority or other party be notified as to a change in control of the corporation, Western Mobile should now be identified as being owned by Lafarge Corporation, not Redland PLC.
