Sufficient data was submitted to satisfy the requirements of Rule 6.4.12. DMG <br />utilized the submitted information to estimate the cost of reclamation for the first year of <br />operations at 591,917. <br />26. Comments relating to close proximity to other gravel mining operations. <br />The Act and Rules do not specifically address concentration of mining operations. The <br />Act and Rules anticipate that public and private lands will be affected where mineable <br />resources exist. However, the Act and rules provide reclamation requirements to ensure <br />that affected lands are reclaimed to a beneficial land use. <br />27.
