Attached is Minor Revision No. 1 for Allen Mine, File No.
C-012-81. The purpose of this revision is to slightly change
the location of a new Apache Canyon air shaft. The final
location of this new shaft is approximately 250 feet southwest
of the tentative location, shown on Map 3A, Mine Plan Map, of
CFI's final permit application.
