The applicant should describe in more detail or delineate on a <br />map all areas where topsoil will be removed, an estimate of the tot:aI <br />amount to be removed should be submitted along with a discussion oi' the <br />figure given in Table 14 of the permit application. <br />b. The topsoil stockpile location should be delineated on a map. <br />c. An appropriate temporary seed mix and mulching plan should be <br />submitted, as one was not found in the permit application. <br />2. Subsoil and Shale <br /> <br />a. The applicant should submit an estimate of the amount of material <br />to be removed for the shaft collar excavation. <br />b. A description in more detail of where the material is to be re- <br />spread, and to what depth. <br />c. Results of a soil analysis, including pN, EC, SAR, texture, <br />sodium, calcium, and magnesium, should be submitted for the material to <br />be respread on the surface. Samples should be taken. <br />3. Reclamation <br />a. The applicant should discuss removal of the above-ground portion <br />of the shaft collar and backfilling of the subsoil material, gravel, and <br />concrete refuse into the shaft. <br />4. Map <br />a. A map at scale that shows more detail than Map A.
