What impact if any would the proposed mining activity have on these <br />structures? Since the applicant states no impact is expected please explain in detail <br />using supporting data why the proposed mining activity will not affect these <br />structures. In particular the salvation ditch and the subdivision access road. <br />HydrologX <br />Operator estimates the elevation of the ground water in the Smuggler Mine to be <br />approximately 105 feet below the collar of the Smuggler shaft and the elevation of the <br />Clark and No. 2~.tunnels to be at 65 to 70 feet above the phreatric surface. <br />1. Has there ever been a discharge from the mine entrance due to <br />fluctuations in the water table? <br />2. What is the recorded fluctuation of the ground water table for the area? <br />Operator states that there is no record of the water quality data in the lower levels. <br />Please provide at least one complete suite analysis of water quality data from the lower <br />levels before operation commences. <br />
