Pursuant to Rule 6.4.13, please clarify whether a stormwater discharge permit from the <br />WQCD will be required. <br />9. Pursuant to Rule 6.4.19, please provide either a damage compensation agreement or <br />engineering evaluation, or notarized letter, on utility letterhead, for each of the <br />permanent man-made structures located either within the permit area or within 200 feet <br />of the permit boundary. Should the applicant choose to submit an engineering <br />evaluation, per Rule 6.4.19(b), please ensure that such demonstration describe the <br />slope of the active highwall and a description of the material composing the highwall, <br />sufficient to determine appropriate set back distances. Example demonstrations are <br />enclosed.
