Ste are li-sited to salvaging and replacing topsoil during the
late Springy and Sum:ier months because of poor heather and ground conditions
at other times of the year. If the area in question is to be final graded,
retopsoiled and seeded in accordance with our existing permits, a final
contouring plan r,.usc be agreed to as soon as possible. Further, we are
herein requesting your approval for the final contours per our proposed
plan pursuant to 30CF2211.41 so that retopsoiling the area may commence
this Spring.
We appreciate your attentiveness to this matter. Please call if there
' arc any additio:ial questions.
Sincerely,
~/ ~~02~
W. E.
