RIC3HTS OF LESSOR: <br />Tt is agreed and urderstood that Lessor shall, at all limes during the term of this <br />agreement, have the use of any a~ all parts of the above-described properly for any and all <br />purposes (except the productiott and removal of saw or gravel) except chose portions actually <br />being occupied and used by t.ecsee for the production and removal of sand or gravel as provi•9ed <br />in this agreement. Lessee, however, shall have the right of ingress and egress to and from the <br />above-desett'bed property to be used by Lessee. Lessee shall coordinate its use of the premises <br />with Lessor and his representative. Lessee wi0 arrange for construction and maintenance of <br />fence azourtd the site to pt+evcrtt access to the sartte by the cattle pastured upon the premises of <br />the Lessor, if such fence is fah to be necessary by Lessor or his representative. <br />PERMITS: <br />Lessee shall take all steps to arrange for peKtmts for mirring, crushing, washing, <br />distributing and haut5rrg its product upon and from the premises and shall pay aU costs for the <br />same and fully comply with aU of the provisions, terms end conditions of aU laws, whether <br />federal, state or Iocal and orders issued thereunder which maybe in effect during the period of <br />this Lease relating to the operations of the Lessee under this Lease and the marketing of arty <br />product thereof and any requirernertts for reclamation of the propeRy mrposed by the State of <br />Colorado or any federal, state of beat entity. t?n termination of the Tease, the Lessee agrees to <br />reclaim and restore the premises to the site which moats the requirements of the State of <br />Colorado and any bond required for the same shall be posted by Lessee at Lesscds sole cost and <br />expense. <br />Rules artd regulations as set forth by the C:obrado Muted Land Reclamation Division for <br />recovery and restoration of trained land will apply where applicable to the lands lease herewith <br />The Lessee shaA have the right of ingress and egress to and from the subject premises and <br />to area any temporary structures, such as screening, crushing and/or asphalt or rnttcrete plants; <br />to stockpile material in an aroa of sufficient siu; and to employ any reasonable methods for the <br />removal of said material. The Lessee shall also have the right of ingress and egress for the <br />purposes of reclamation. All irnprovetnerns and frnces in~alkd by the T,essee during Cher term <br />of the lease shall be temnved at its termination rmlcs.~ otherwise agreed between Lessee and <br />Lessor. <br />
