This <br />will be accomplished by pumping water from the immediate m'r.ing area into <br />a settling basi,~ in the northeas'. corner of the permit are . <br />At this tine we do not expect to discharge water into t e Uncompahgre <br />River or off of the permitted area. however if the amount f ground water <br />encountered is such that discharge uill be necessary, a di cherge pet~^_it <br />will be acauited from the Colorado Dept. of Health. <br />The dewetering in the Phase I mining area will be held o a minimum in <br />order not [o ,affect doc•.~stic yells in tf~e vicinity. <br />Surface drainage will be controlled with surface ditches as necessary. <br /> <br />
