06025 Banks and Gesso, LLC <br />Note: This seed mix was provided by Granby Ranch, and is approved by the Town of <br />Granby for use in this development. <br />Weed Control <br />Noxious weeds will be managed in accordance with the Colorado Noxious Weed <br />Management Act and County regulations. Mowing and/or application of an herbicide (as <br />recommended by the Grand County Weed Specialist) may be used to control weeds on <br />site during mining and the early establishment of reclaimed areas. <br />Twenty noxious weed species are designated for management by the County and are <br />listed below, although none of these are currently known to exist on or near the permit <br />area: <br />• Myrtle spurge (Euphorbia myrsinites) <br />• Canada thistle (Cirsium arvense) <br />• Musk thistle (Carduus natans) <br />• Scotch thistle (Onopordum acanthium & tauricum) <br />• Diffuse knapweed (Centaurea diffusa) <br />• Russian knapweed (Centaurea repens) <br />• Spotted knapweed (Centaurea maculosa) <br />• Hoary cress or Whitetop (Cardaria drabs} <br />• Leafy spurge (Euphorbia esula) <br />• Yellow toadflax (Linaria vulgaris) <br />• Dalmation toadflax (Linaria dalmatica} <br />• Houndstongue (Cyroglossum o~cina/e) <br />• Mayweed chamomile (Anthemis cotula & arvensis) <br />• Plumeless thistle (Carduus acanthoides) <br />• Black henbane (Hyoscyamus niger) <br />• Oxeye Daisy (Chrysanthemum leucanthemem) <br />• Orange hawkweed (Hieracium aurantiacum) <br />• Dame's rocket (Hespersis matronalis) <br />• Cheatgrass (Bromus tectorum) <br />• Tamarisk or Saltcedar <br />Granby Realty Holdings, LLC September 25, 2006 <br />Overlook Mine Page t0 <br />
