Surrounding Water Rights
Exhibit G-1 shows the permitted wells located within % mite of the Wattenberg Lakes site. A
well permit database seazch obtained from the State Engineers Office was used to locate the
surrounding wells identified on Exhibit G-l. Although there maybe other wells in the azea, they
are not registered and permitted with the State Engineers Office. Exhibit G-2 shows all
adjudicated water rights within''/z mile of the site.
As required by the State Engineers Office, a gravel pit well permit will be obtained. Operations
at the site will not injuriously affect surrounding water rights. However, if dewatering at the
Wattenberg Lakes site directly affects the ability of surrounding wells to pump a full supply of
water in accordance with their permitted uses, Aggegate Industries, Inc. will take all necessary
actions to remedy the affects to the extent they were directly caused by operations at the site.
Water Quality
An application for a CDPS Permit will be submitted to the Colorado Department of Public
Health and Environment for the Wattenberg Lakes site.
