If teaaces are used they will meet the <br />requirements of 9.19.212). <br />Grading, preparation and placement of material will be conducted in a manner which <br />minimizes erosion and slippage and provides a surface for the replacement of topsoil. <br />Final surface or seedbed preparation of topsoil will be done alone the contour to minimize <br />subsequent erosion and instability.
