McArdle, Reclamation Specialist 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 Reference: Tucker Aggregate Permit Application File No. 80-2 Dear Mr. McArdle: In response to your adequacy letter of January 28, 1980 we submit the following: Exhibit A has been revised• The affected acreage is described to the nearest quarter quarter section. We have clearly delineated that the permit yr+ request is for only those acres shown on the mine plan map Exhibit C-2. The original legal description in Exhibit A was included because it corresponded with the Colorado land in the lease legal description. Exhibit C - The adjacent landowners to the lease were required for the special use application in Weld County. The only two landowners adjacent to the operation other than the Terry Grazing Association from whom the land is v- leased would be those in Section 20; specifically, H. D. and Delpha E. Miles and Paul V. Blake. All of those shown on the landowners map must, however, be notified as a part of the Weld County procedure. An outline of the affected land has been added to the adjacent landowners map to comply with your request. An outline of the proposed affected area has been added to the Pre-mining Map to comply with your request in Item 2. Because of its redundancy it was originally left off of Exhibit C-1 to be included on Exhibit C-2 for clarity. A great deal of information was transferred on the initial Exhibit C-1. All of the information required by Rule 2.12 (3) appears on the Adjacent Landowners Map, Exhibit C-1 or Exhibit C-2 as originally filed. A note with respect to vegetation has been added to Exhibit C-1 to indicate that all of the vegetation within the requested permit area is the same and is described more specifically in Exhibit J. Because of its uniformity an overlay of the entire area seemed inappropriate.
