<br />14. Land stabilization and reclamation will be maintained for a <br />period of five years aster all mining activities cease, and if the property <br />is sold, leased or transferred in any manner, the new owner, Lessen or person <br />having control shall agree to be bound to the une:cpired period of the five-year <br />term. <br />15. Nothing in this agreement shall subrogate the operator's <br />responsibility far compliance with Loca? county Zoning requirements. <br />16. CLC~1lal(I shall furnish the Land Reclamation Board a performance <br />bond in the amount of Ito insure that <br />the work required herein will be accomplished. . <br />If any of the terms, conditions and requirements of this agreement <br />are violated at any time during the period of this agreement, the Land <br />Reclamation Board may at their sole discretion close the mining operation until <br />satisfactory arrangements have been made to bring the operation into compliance ' <br />with this agreement. This agreement shall be binding upon the successors and <br />assigns of the parties hereto. <br /> <br />
