NOW THE AFORE, Pursuant to the authority set forth in the <br />Colorado Open Dlining Land Reclamation Act, the Lan~eclamation Board of <br />the State of Colorado has determined that the following land stabilization <br />and reclamation procedures will be followed in the mining operation of <br />~'~/1-(Jl~ in Sc~. /~~ 7/ S°. /~ 7G ci~ ~~/,~ND County> <br />Section, Township, Range, County <br />Colorado, and CL4y77iN hereby agrees to faithfully perform the land <br />stabilization and reclamation wrk required herein. <br />1. ~+-/~ylLy/,~ ai11 stockpile and retain topsoil wherever possible. <br />2.C[.(-yTb/+/iii11 obtain a permit to discharge into a waterway from <br />the Environmental Protection Agency and will abide by the regulations per- <br />raining thereto or those set by the Co Lorado [dater Quality Control Commission. <br />3, CL/~~ will control erosion on or along haul roads by the use <br />of drainage ditches, culverts or check dams. <br />4. Daily operations will not begin before 6:00 a.m. nor extend past. <br />10:00 p.m. - - <br />5.
