<br />Surface drainage on the 72 acres is away from the pit, west and <br />from the high point on the property near the pit (contour showing 5550 <br />elevation). Drainage from this high point proceeds West and either <br />Southwest or West, Northwest near the westernmost boundary of the 72 <br />acres owned by the operator. <br />3.
