<br />A Guiding Policy in the Eagle County Master Plan supports and encourages <br />diversity of the County's economic base. The post-mining land use as either agricultural <br />or commercial will promote the growth of Eagle County's economic base. <br />c) According to Section 3.1.3, of the Reclamation Performance Standazds, the <br />Reclamation Plan shall be completed within five years of commencing the reclamation in <br />each phase. The plan for this project is to have the reclamation for each phase to be <br />completed in no longer than 1 year from commencing reclamation. <br />d) The topsoil will be segregated from the overburden and placed along the southern <br />berm and placed in piles in the adjacent mining phase. See the Reclamation and Mining <br />Plans for further details on location.
