EXHIBIT A - Legal Description The legal description must identify the affected land and be wholly ode ate for field location of the property. EXHIBIT B - Mining Plan This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases ors ages of the operation and those areas of land affected by each. The plan should be orrelated with the map and should show where extraction will begin, and which directio if any, it will proceed. EXHIBIT C -Map This map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain suffici nt information to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existi and proposed roads or access routes to be used in connection with the mining operati n. All immediately adjacent landowners of record must be shown. The quarters tion corner, section line, or any other locatable points should also be shown on thi map. EXHIBIT D -Wildlife. Water Resources. Vegetation and Soils Informati Each of the above-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in thje applicable Rule. EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the metl phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of land ; If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the map.
