It can be in the form of metes & bounds surve or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least t nearest <br />quarter-^~~~rter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot nu tier(s) may be <br />used. <br />EXHIBIT B - Mining Plan <br />This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases ors ages of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected by each. The plan should be orrelated with <br />the map and should show where extraction will begin, and which directio if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHIBIT C -Map <br />This map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain suffici nt information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existi and proposed <br />roads or access routes to be used in connection with the mining operati n. All <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record must be shown. The quarters tion corner, <br />section line, or any other locatable points should also be shown on thi map. <br />EXHIBIT D -Wildlife. Water Resources. Vegetation and Soils Informati <br />Each of the above-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in thje applicable <br />Rule. <br />EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan <br />As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the metl <br />phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of land ; <br />If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the map.
